We want your life to be simple and there's nothing more simple than using our wholesome all-purpose baking mix for a country classic buttermilk biscuits.

Country Buttermilk Biscuits

2 cups Texas Pure Milling All Purpose Baking Mix 3/4 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

• In a medium bowl combine baking mix and cold buttermilk. Knead lightly on a floured counter top. Roll 1 inch thick.

• Cut into 1 dozen 2 inch biscuits.

• Dip each biscuit in melted butter and place on and bake 425° 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
