5-Ingredient Easy Beer Bread

Fresh easy bread will never go out of style and this bread is one of the simplest to make. This 5-Ingredient Beer bread is a "quick-bread" meaning that it doesn't require kneading, a specialty mixer or yeast to make it! If you have a bowl and these ingredients, it takes just a couple minutes to combine the batter and spread it into a pan to bake. Even better, it has all the texture and flavor of a long fermented bread if you use beer in the batter!

Don't have or use beer? You can use any flavor of soda as well, though we prefer the use of ginger-ale, Sprite™, or root beer. The flavor of the soda doesn't really change the flavor of the bread dramatically either. For herb breads, add a tablespoon of your favorite Italian or French herbs to the dry ingredients. For a sweeter breakfast-style bread, add 1/2 cup of sugar to the dry ingredients. You can add vanilla, berries and chocolate chips too if you make the sweet variation. Have fun experimenting with this recipe! You are only limited by your imagination!
