2 tsp. baking powder

1-1/2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice

2 medium Honeycrisp apples, peeled and chopped

Icing

¼ cup butter, melted

2 cup confectioners' sugar

3 Tbsp. milk

1 tsp. vanilla

  • Remove from heat; cool slightly.

  • Add confectioners' sugar, Milk and vanilla to browned butter; whisk until smooth. Drizzle over fritters before serving.
